The UK wide Dental Check by One campaign has been launched by BSPD in partnership with the Office of the Chief Dental Officer of England (OCDO). It is part of Smile4Life, a programme of dental practice-based initiatives designed to reduce oral health inequalities and improve oral health in under-fives. The aim of the campaign is to increase the number of children who access dental care aged 0-2 years. Any practice that can commit to the campaign is welcome to use the DCby1 logo on their website and to support the campaign on social media using #DCby1.
The DCby1 logo is available to dental practices committed to giving young children an examination and to all organisations which are actively supporting the campaign. It cannot be used by other organisations or for commercial purposes without the express permission of BSPD.
